Standard cancellation policy is a 24 hour notice by text or e-mail prior to appointment. Your credit card is used only to secure your appointment and will not be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment or you do not show. A charge of 100% of the service you book for + a $5.00 processing fee will be applied for failure to comply. Booking your appointment indicates you agree to said terms and conditions.
